Fountains Don't Cool You Down

Pimkie shirt, H&M skirt & earrings, Urban Outfitters bandeau, Franco Sarto shoes, Swatch Watch, Mondani New York bag, 5°Below bracelet, *I have no idea/ I forgot* sunglasses (great store...!)
(It's very hot in Paris. The weather hasn't cooled down a bit. I sat near the fountains at l'Hôtel de Ville, thinking I'd get a light spray... nothing happened.

Some friends of mine came up to Paris for a couple days. I hadn't seen them since last year. We walked around Paris by night, just after they had arrived by train. At 10pm, we went to see if the Eiffel Tower would light up but it was still too light out. We stopped by Häagen-Dazs for ice cream to cool us off. The next couple of days were spent shopping shopping and more shopping because it's the sales!!!! and also going to the Petit Palais. We went to Le Marais and rested in the calmest park ever in l'Hôtel de Soubise and stopped by (again) in a couple boutiques. We had a gyros in Le Quatier Latin and walked along Les Champs Élysées (we even went to the Abercrombie & Fitch which was in a beautiful location, had over priced stuff and way too many people). It was a good mix of tourist attractions and the little nooks and cranys I love about the city.
